5 I enjoyed doing the gratitude challenge very much. Doing the gratitude prompts helped me think of or remember specific things that I really like or make me particularly happy! Thanks. I experience a great deal of depression and anxiety but the gratitude reminders and thoughtful messages really help me. Thank you for your help. Receiving inspiring texts and activities that don't take long to complete really appeals to me. So, once again, thank you for all you do!
6 I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.
7 The best part about the app is that it is completely text-based which saves a lot of time and effort otherwise it would have been really hectic to visit the website for the activities.
8 I have started to experience more positive emotions using the app which in turn made me a much happier person in general. I find it interesting that the activities were text-based. This is very good because it appeals to the people of our current generation. I found that the social positivity part where the app texts you positive things was very cool. It almost felt like you were receiving a text from a friend that is positive and joyful. I loved the fact that this was incorporated by the app and helped me increase my self-esteem.
9 I want to thank you for healing my life. A year ago, I was texting a suicide hotline because I couldn’t even speak of the fears inside. That is a past story now and with your kind words, you have allowed me to join in the beauty of the day instead of experiencing the fear.
