1 Take 2 Minutes Is an extremely effective app. The text messages are such that one does not dismiss them, but carries through. Also, when in need it immediately sends you what you need. For example, if I need grounding I text that and they text me back the appropriate practice. Thank you for such an awesome system!

7 I love the daily messages that gives me something to center my mind with when the negative takes hold. I'm sure this is the same for many many other people.
8 I love the dream journal! It is much better than I expected an online dream journal could be!
9 The journals also had prompts that were available as an additional activity in the journal, which allowed me to reflect on other things in my life that bring me joy or that I am grateful for in general. I found this very helpful because occasionally the prompt would be related to media or music, and allowed me to reflect on the joy I feel from those things, as well as how grateful I am to have them as a resource in my life.
