1 I LOVE Take 2 Minutes. I have noticed a huge difference in my outlook. I find myself looking at the positive in things. My patience and tolerance levels are better. Even my husband has noticed. It states to wait 15 days to start 3 goods things again but I want to keep doing it every day because I'm afraid I will lose my outlook.

5 I really appreciated the gratitude challenge. It made me feel very appreciative of those different aspects of life. I felt in touch with myself and the life I experience. After completing day 5 today, I felt proud of myself for taking time to be positive when I know I can be negative a lot. 7 The best part about the app is that it is completely text-based which saves a lot of time and effort otherwise it would have been really hectic to visit the website for the activities.
8 I have started to experience more positive emotions using the app which in turn made me a much happier person in general. I find it interesting that the activities were text-based. This is very good because it appeals to the people of our current generation. I found that the social positivity part where the app texts you positive things was very cool. It almost felt like you were receiving a text from a friend that is positive and joyful. I loved the fact that this was incorporated by the app and helped me increase my self-esteem.
9 This service delivers actual positivity, constantly, to me and it helped cure my wrong cognitive mindsets bit by bit. I have had medium depression since my middle school. Take2Minutes is meaningful to me, and I believe, many others like me. Thank you for bringing actual positivity to the world.
