 7   I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.

 8   The journals also had prompts that were available as an additional activity in the journal, which allowed me to reflect on other things in my life that bring me joy or that I am grateful for in general. I found this very helpful because occasionally the prompt would be related to media or music, and allowed me to reflect on the joy I feel from those things, as well as how grateful I am to have them as a resource in my life.

 9   I have started to experience more positive emotions using the app which in turn made me a much happier person in general. I find it interesting that the activities were text-based. This is very good because it appeals to the people of our current generation. I found that the social positivity part where the app texts you positive things was very cool. It almost felt like you were receiving a text from a friend that is positive and joyful. I loved the fact that this was incorporated by the app and helped me increase my self-esteem.
