I am really appreciative of the daily messages. They make me stop and think about concrete actions I can take to be more positive and help me reflect on my mood.
Take 2 Minutes Is an extremely effective app. The text messages are such that one does not dismiss them, but carries through. Also, when in need it immediately sends you what you need. For example, if I need grounding I text that and they text me back the appropriate practice. Thank you for such an awesome system!
Thank you so much for this service. It's always right on time as we all go through these difficult times.
I am grateful for Take 2 Minutes to help me think positively and grateful, thank you!
I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.
The journals also had prompts that were available as an additional activity in the journal, which allowed me to reflect on other things in my life that bring me joy or that I am grateful for in general. I found this very helpful because occasionally the prompt would be related to media or music, and allowed me to reflect on the joy I feel from those things, as well as how grateful I am to have them as a resource in my life.
I am so grateful that I started using Take 2 Minutes. Gratitude journaling and doing the 3 Good Things has really helped me change my attitude towards life. I am more positive in my mindset and try to look for silver linings in life's daily clouds.
I am loving your app. Thank you for the hard work in putting this together. I am on day 6 and find that being reminded to be grateful each day for what I have and for what I experience each day is steering me away from negative thoughts.
I want to thank you for healing my life. A year ago, I was texting a suicide hotline because I couldn’t even speak of the fears inside. That is a past story now and with your kind words, you have allowed me to join in the beauty of the day instead of experiencing the fear.
