Take 2 Minutes has been very helpful to me and has made me become a better and happier person. Doing the daily activites helped implement different ways to promote positivity and peace in my life. I have learned the importance of meditation and how I should strive to focus on things that I should be grateful for in my everyday life.
So far I have enjoyed the daily quick messages. They have all been wise and common sense messages many of which I have not thought about recently.
I am grateful for the reminders that are provided by Take 2 Minutes. It helps with my focus.
I'm a 20-year healthcare provider, you have been very very helpful and I like that the app doesn't scream out at me; I can choose to look at the text or not it's very comforting. There's a lot of insightful dynamics that might not be obvious to someone suffering from anxiety and who's not self-aware but I really mean it I appreciate it thank you for your message I hope you have a good day.
Your programs have been a lifesaver! I am going through a very difficult time. I don't know how I came across Take 2 Minutes but it seriously was a blessing. I look forward every night to get a text with a positive message. It has saved me and really kept my mind straight. Thank you so much and I hope others benefit from it like myself.
Your service has saved my life. When I was at a low and very dark place, your messages came shining through like a miracle and reinforced that I was lovable and a good person.
I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.
I enjoy the text-based system that Take2Minutes uses. It's a more reliable reminder than if it were an app on my phone I had to remember to check in every day with or even if they gave me a notification. I feel like since it's a text, even if I wipe away the notification it's still there when I open my messages app. It's not like a regular app notification where I swipe it away and it's gone forever and I forget about it.
The journals also had prompts that were available as an additional activity in the journal, which allowed me to reflect on other things in my life that bring me joy or that I am grateful for in general. I found this very helpful because occasionally the prompt would be related to media or music, and allowed me to reflect on the joy I feel from those things, as well as how grateful I am to have them as a resource in my life.
