1 I LOVE Take 2 Minutes. I have noticed a huge difference in my outlook. I find myself looking at the positive in things. My patience and tolerance levels are better. Even my husband has noticed. It states to wait 15 days to start 3 goods things again but I want to keep doing it every day because I'm afraid I will lose my outlook.

6 Because of thise service I've started keeping track of things I'm grateful for, memories that bring me joy, and day dreams that can relieve my anxiety.
7 The journals also had prompts that were available as an additional activity in the journal, which allowed me to reflect on other things in my life that bring me joy or that I am grateful for in general. I found this very helpful because occasionally the prompt would be related to media or music, and allowed me to reflect on the joy I feel from those things, as well as how grateful I am to have them as a resource in my life.
8 I am grateful for holding myself to complete activites even on the days I didn't want to. I can feel my mind starting to think of theĀ positiveĀ things and getting excited to write down whatever happened on my 3 good things later that day.
9 I am so grateful that I started using Take 2 Minutes. Gratitude journaling and doing the 3 Good Things has really helped me change my attitude towards life. I am more positive in my mindset and try to look for silver linings in life's daily clouds.
