I don't know how I found your site, but I'm grateful. I'm a nurse that has been working in a critical care unit during this long pandemic. I have been stressed and heading to a dark place. I'm journaling, meditating, and documenting why I am grateful daily. Thank you for what you do. This is saving me mentally.
I am grateful for you helping me to have a positive life.
I'm a 20-year healthcare provider, you have been very very helpful and I like that the app doesn't scream out at me; I can choose to look at the text or not it's very comforting. There's a lot of insightful dynamics that might not be obvious to someone suffering from anxiety and who's not self-aware but I really mean it I appreciate it thank you for your message I hope you have a good day.
Thank you for always being the best part of my day!
To whom it may concern, I stumbled across your website a few weeks ago and I really appreciate what you do. I use it daily. My text reminders help me to be present, focus on the good in my life, and to connect with and share the love and kindness I sometimes forget is inside me. Thank you for what you do.
In the mist of loneliness and depression your creative dream has helped me many more times than I can count to bring me back to a good place. I've been in therapy for years and you guys have done more for me and I have gained more from you than all those years.
I want to say that I am very thankful for this service that you provide. When things are tough and your mind is crowded with troubles, it can be difficult to remember that there are better days. This service butts into the middle of all those troubles and asks me to remember and focus on the way those good days felt.
I enjoy the text-based system that Take2Minutes uses. It's a more reliable reminder than if it were an app on my phone I had to remember to check in every day with or even if they gave me a notification. I feel like since it's a text, even if I wipe away the notification it's still there when I open my messages app. It's not like a regular app notification where I swipe it away and it's gone forever and I forget about it.
I want to thank you for healing my life. A year ago, I was texting a suicide hotline because I couldn’t even speak of the fears inside. That is a past story now and with your kind words, you have allowed me to join in the beauty of the day instead of experiencing the fear.
