 7   I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.

 8   I am so grateful that I started using Take 2 Minutes. Gratitude journaling and doing the 3 Good Things has really helped me change my attitude towards life. I am more positive in my mindset and try to look for silver linings in life's daily clouds.

 9   This meditation changed my thoughts about forgiveness. I have so much going on I felt that I needed to forgive others for hurting me when in reality I've hurt others as well. I don't always listen to meditations and something told me to listen to this one. Thank you
