There's a lot of insightful dynamics that might not be obvious to someone suffering from anxiety and who's not self-aware but I really mean it I appreciate it thank you for your message I hope you have a good day.

8 Your programs have been a lifesaver! I am going through a very difficult time. I don't know how I came across Take 2 Minutes but it seriously was a blessing. I look forward every night to get a text with a positive message. It has saved me and really kept my mind straight. Thank you so much and I hope others benefit from it like myself.
9 I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.
